Motic EasyScan Pro 24 Slide Scanner

The Motic EasyScan Pro 24 slide scanner is designed to digitally image slides up to 24 slides at a time for analysis. Choose from the Motic EasyScan Pro 24 base package with one 20x objective, or choose the upgraded package with 2 additional objectives and the Frozen Section live software package.

  • Base package includes Plan Apochromat 20X objective, NA = 0.75
  • Upgraded package "Frozen Section Live" includes the following objectives: Plan Apochromat 20X objective/ NA = 0.75, S Apo 10X objective/ NA = 0.3, and Plan UC 4x Objective/ NA = 0.1
• Scanning time: In standard mode with 20x objective, < 1 minute
• Resolution: At 40x: 0.26 µm/ pixel, at 20x: 0.52 µm/ pixel
• Focusing mechanism: Real-time autofocus
• Still resolution: 12.0 Megapixel resolution with 3 camera imaging system
• Nosepiece: 3 position
• Slide capacity / size: Can accommodate up to 24 slides measuring 76 ± 1 mm x 26 ± 1 mm per slide. Includes 4 slide holder trays with 6 slots for slides in each tray.

  • Normal mode with real-time autofocus
  • High-precision mode has high precision autofocus
  • Extended depth of field (EDF) mode for large depth of field
  • Z-Stack mode for 3-dimensional stacking

• Barcode support: Supports the following 1D barcode types: Interleaved 2 of 5 and Code 39
• Software:
  • Base package includes DSAssistant and EasyScanner software package and dongle. The software has tools for image adjustment, annotations, measurements, encryption, comparison, and export.
  • Upgraded package includes the above packages as well as the Frozen Section Live package and dongle. The FS live package has an upgraded auto-focus system.
• Computer: Includes HP EliteOne 870 G9 27" All-in-one Touchscreen PC.
