Motic SMZ171-P zoom stereo microscopes are available with either a binocular or trinocular head. This stereo microscope comes on a post stand with built-in top and bottom LED illumination.
- Objective Lens: 0.75x - 5x zoom built-in objective provides continuous magnification. Zoom ratio of 6.7:1.
- Eyepieces: Includes a pair of widefield 10x eyepieces, FN23. Additional eyepieces, widefield 15x (FN16) or 20x (FN13), are available for purchase below. Eyepieces are 45° inclined, with dual diopter adjustments, interpupillary adjustment from 52mm to 75mm.
- Viewing head: Available in binocular or trinocular. All optics have an anti-fungus treatment applied to them. Viewing head rotates 360°. Height of eyepoint is 405mm.
- Total Magnification: Please view the magnification chart below for full zoom range. SMZ-171 zoom microscope has 5 click-stops within the continuous zoom to allow for exact reproduction of magnifications for precise measurement. 10x eyepieces are included. Additional eyepieces are available for purchase below.
- 10x eyepieces = 7.5x - 50x
- 15x eyepieces = 11.25x - 75x
- 20x eyepieces = 15x - 100x
- Stand: Post stand has built-in transmitted and reflected LED illumination.
- Working Distance: 110mm working distance can be changed with a variety of ESD safe auxiliary objectives that are available for purchase separately. See the magnification table below for options.
- Focusing: Large dual focusing knobs with slip clutch to prevent damage to mechanism. Tension adjustment eliminates focus 'drift'.
- Illumination: 3W LED intensity controlled incident and transmitted illumination. Main power supply is 100V~240V, UL Approved.
